4. Google Sign-In

If you choose Google Sign-In, you authorize Odyn to access only the Google account data and OAuth scopes that you approve on the consent screen. You may revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions settings.

Odyn's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. User Obligations

By using Odyn, you agree to:

• Use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform
• Not use automated means to access the platform without prior authorization
• Not upload malicious code, viruses, or any content that could harm the platform or other users
• Not share your account credentials with third parties

All content, features, and functionality of the Odyn platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and design — are the exclusive property of Odyn and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Odyn is a data aggregation and visualization tool. Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. The information provided is for informational purposes only. 8. Beta Services

During the beta period, certain features may be provided free of charge. Beta features may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We make no warranties regarding the availability, reliability, or performance of beta features.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Odyn and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing the platform in the twelve months preceding the claim.
